Clinical Pharmacy and Therapeutics
The chemical qualities, formulation, and method of administration of a medicine determine its absorption. Dosage forms (e.g., tablets, capsules, and solutions), which include the medicine and other substances, have been devised to be taken via a variety of methods (e.g. oral, buckle, sublingual, rectal, parenteral, topical, inhalational). Medicine should be able to be absorbed regardless of the mode of delivery.
